We had move all of your old orders except your password because of security issue. But you can recover your password by going to Lost password – and follow the direction at My Jelly account.
A new featured facility our new website has is My account page in which you can review your older orders shipment status clearly, as well as to trace your tracking codes here (those from the previous month). It’s gonna save your mind pretty much.
Orders’ and ‘Group-buy joined’ section will let you know if your order(s) are on processing after you’d successfully purchased your order(s). ‘Cooking keycaps’ when they’re on producing process, and ‘Shipped’, informs they’re shipped, this is when you’ll have order’s tracking numbers.
