<p>Today, we had a field trip to an artisan village near Sai Gòn to visit one of our friends. He introduces us some of his work, and it is fantastic. So we decided to purchase some of his work as a gift for you guys, anyone who participate in our <a target="_blank" href="https://www.jellykey.com/artisan-keycap/mid-autumn-festival-keycap">Mid-Autumn Festival</a> GB on <a target="_blank" href="https://www.massdrop.com/buy/jelly-key-autumn-festival-artisan-keycap">MassDrop</a>, in Vietnam, and in China.</p>
<p>After months of improving by getting feedback from the community, we are getting back to our signatures design for Artisan keycaps. One of those signatures artisan keycaps is “Trass & Lava”. I was a hit back in 2016, and after one year we release the next version of “Trass & Lava”.</p>
<p>This is a very Jelly Key update, and we are back with a stable team for quality product as well as stable production. Here is what is going on in the past few months and we would like to share with you.</p>
<p>We notice it recently and stop sending out the keycap and we are working on the replacement. For those whose has received the keycap, we offer you a replacement or refund if you requested. For those whose haven’t received the keycap, dont worry we will send you a keycap that look like what we advertised on our website.</p>
