  • Honestly, I do love the Jelly Key’s customer service which is comprehensively outstanding and impressive. I had a Mediterranean Resort keycap with an unfit stem  for my keyboard’ switches. Obviously I was quite disappointed and a liitle sad with the matter. Then I went searching for JK on facebook and asked them if they could help me fix the stem. And they really gave me amazement when they said “Oh we are so sorry, of course we can help, please send us your keycap”. I didn’t think that it was so easy before that. Moreover, it cost no fee. After that because of being busy with my studying, I was not able to send the keycap. However, JK is so conscientious whey kept reminding me to do it in a really friendly, honest way after many times I promised to send but not. That was so warm-hearted. In fact I didn’t send the keycap, I chose to give up T_T, but the quality of JK’s servive has indeed been the reason I fall in love with this team. And that’s all I want to share.

  • Never see an Artisan Keycap with absolutely wonderful detail. Just by looking at the first time, I just fall in love with that keycap. I usually see just an Artisan Keycap with a monster face or random abstract art, which IMO it’s not interesting at all. But your art are different, it’s like one whole world packed in one keycap, it’s so goddamn wonderful. Maybe some people thought it’s an island, but for me it’s like another world packed in one keycap. This is the first Artisan that I suddenly fall in love tho.
