To our US customers, the delivery might be slow or delays. Due to this complicated situation, some shipping companies have been lockdown for safety and limiting the number of people allowed in the company at any one time to enforce social distancing which makes the delivery slow down.
As you know the latest announcement of the Vietnamese government, Vietnam had banned the gathering of more than 20 people for at least two weeks from March 28. In addition, some major cities like Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Can Tho would need to temporarily shut down all the service facilities except for food, pharmacy and medical treatment services. The government has also prohibited the gathering of more than 10 people outside offices, schools, and hospitals. Public transport, interstate transport, and domestic flights are also limited that caused the slowness or delayed delivery. We will try our best during this time and we hope for your kind understanding.
