Fulfillment service stops responding to Jelly Key
We lost a package of around 200 keycaps, due to the irresponsibility of ChinaDivision (a fulfillment service in China)
It has been around three weeks, and ChinaDivision hasn't given us a solid respond or show us any of their responsibility.
Even though we haven’t gotten their official answer from China Division about the lost package, we are starting to re-product Oasis Keycap to deliver it to our you, for those who haven’t received the Oasis and Raindance Template from us. Kindly check your email for the compensation that we are offering.
Besides, we stop working with China Division, leads to Abyss/ Minion/ Jelly Cake/ Mediterranean Beach Resort, please expect some more delay since we have to recall the product and ship it with VietnamPost (our last resource). You expect to receive the email from us about the compensation for this delay as well.
