These terms cover your use of jellykey.com and every order you place with us. Together with our privacy policy, they set out how Jelly Key works with you. Please read them before ordering. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
Jelly Key is the artisan keycap studio of Joiha (Joinhandmade), with its office at 30 Bay Hien Street, Bay Hien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam 700000. In this document, “we” and “us” mean Jelly Key, and “you” means the person browsing the site or placing an order.
Using this website
The content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. The designs, photos, layout and graphics belong to us or our licensors, so please do not reproduce them without permission. We link to other websites now and then for your convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for what they publish.
The site uses cookies to remember your preferences and to measure traffic with analytics tools. You can block cookies in your browser and the shop will still work. How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy.
Group buys and production time
Most of our keycaps are sold through group buys, which are preorders. We collect orders during a set window, and once the window closes we start crafting every piece by hand. Production usually takes 55 to 90 working days.
Hand casting is slow and sometimes unpredictable, so a batch can run past the estimate. When that happens we keep working and keep you posted: every active group buy has a live progress tracker on our Support Center, and we post updates along the way. A delay on its own is not grounds for a refund, but we will always tell you where your order stands.
Handmade means unique
Every product photo on this site shows a real keycap, not a 3D render. Even so, each piece is cast, painted and finished by hand, so small differences in color and detail from the photos are normal. No two Jelly Key keycaps are exactly alike, and that is what makes yours yours.
Refunds and cancellations
You can cancel a group buy order and receive a full refund within 3 days after the group buy closes. Once those 3 days have passed, production has begun and refunds are no longer guaranteed. We still review every request and try to help, but approval is case by case and we may decline. As noted above, a production delay by itself does not qualify for a refund.
Warranty and remakes
Your keycaps are covered by a one year warranty from the day they arrive. If a piece has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it one for one and cover the shipping.
If your keycap arrives safe and sound but simply is not what you hoped for, talk to us. We do not refund finished pieces, but we will remake yours until you are happy with it. We have been doing this since 2015, and we would rather remake a keycap than leave you with one you do not love.
Raffles
Some limited releases are sold by raffle. After a raffle closes, the system picks the winners and sends a PayPal invoice, usually within 30 to 90 minutes. Please pay your invoice within 24 hours. Unpaid invoices are cancelled, the slot passes to another entrant, and accounts that leave invoices unpaid may be banned from future raffles. Each drop has its own raffle page with the full details.
Shipping, customs and addresses
We ship worldwide from our studio in Ho Chi Minh City. Items sold as in stock leave within 7 business days; group buy orders ship as soon as their batch clears quality check. Shipping fees are calculated by weight at checkout.
Import duties, VAT and customs fees are set by your country and are yours to pay. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will gladly reship it, though we may ask you to cover the second postage. If tracking stalls or a package seems lost, contact us and we will chase the carrier with you.
If something goes wrong
We are a small studio spread across a few time zones, so replies can take a little while, but we answer everyone. If you have not heard from us within a week, check your spam folder, then reach us through the chat widget on the site or the Support Center. If a payment problem ever comes up, please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal. Nearly everything is faster to fix directly.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from your use of this website or your orders with us are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
