This series is an upgrade of Artifact Series (Oasis/ Abyss/ Raindance). The keycap is made in the shape and size of SA Row 1 – 3 and Cherry profile.
Forbidden Realm keycap design is inspired by the greatness of nature and from our imaginary about the perfect place for taking a moment away from our normal life, where we can walk on our barefeet, plunge into the cool and clear water stream and play, or lie on the grass for a short nap and let the wind blow through our hair. But was those places were forbidden to us, wasn’t they? While we are in the age that robots and automatic machine taking control. That’s why we spend our time in daydreaming crafting such a place to worth dreaming of.
The keycap is made with wood, grass, smoke, resin, and some magic glitter, some is hidden under the holy lake, some reflect their light like firefly fairy in daytime.
After the wooden pieces were stick together, we’ll fill up each stream with color cyan, emerald and purple resin by a very Jelly way. The the smoke will be carefully added at the end of this part, if this step failed, it would lead the whole keycap be rejected.
Those keycaps allow backlit light to shine through. There are three designs; we would like to name them as below
Emerald Cliff
It’s not the color of the cliff, It’s because when we stand on the cliff, we could see the reflection of emerald color to our eyes by the sunlight underwater creature in the stream surround the cliff.
The keycap was made by putting pieces of wood together precisely. Together it forms a cliff, covered with floating white cloud above the stream.
Purple Valley
The keycap was made by putting pieces of wood together precisely. Together it forms a valley and a river inside. The hill is covered with green and grass. The water is so special that it’s only let the shortest wavelength shine through, on top of that is some shiny material create surprising effect.
Cyan Lake
The keycap was made by putting pieces of wood together precisely. It has a blue lake which allows the underneath light to shine through. Above the lake there is floating white cloud.
